Reclaim JOY: A Day for Women Who Need to Breathe, Heal, and Dance Again
This September, I’m standing on a stage in Oklahoma City to share a piece of my story I never imagined telling.
The losses in my life came like waves:
The sudden death of my dad.
The loss of both breasts—and my confidence—after breast cancer at 29.
The loss of the future I thought I was building when my marriage ended.
For a while, I felt like I was living in the wreckage of everything I thought my life would be.
But here’s the kicker: when everything falls apart, it can also become the foundation for something breathtakingly new.
That’s what Reclaim JOY is all about.
On Saturday, September 27th, from 10 a.m.–4:30 p.m. at MetroTech Springlake Campus, OKC Speaker and podcast host Blythe Donovan is bringing together some of the most inspiring women I know for a day of intention, healing, laughter, dancing, deep connection, and powerful conversation.
This isn’t just a conference—it’s a full-circle experience for women who have been carrying the weight of the world on their shoulders and need a safe, vibrant space to breathe again. LOOK at this LINEUP!
ALI MCCARTNEY will open the day with intention and grounding, reminding us of the beauty that unfolds when we allow ourselves to simply be.
LAUREN MARIE will help us uncover the cultural and generational reasons why so many of us feel lost or afraid to be seen.
I’ll be sharing my talk on Reclaiming Identity After Loss—who we are when everything falls apart and how joy can rise from the ashes of our hardest seasons.
JEAN FLOREA will teach us how to show up with confidence and power.
AMBERLEE FULLER will speak on presenting ourselves to the world with honesty and alignment.
MEREDITH SENSE-CRUZ will guide us through joy in intimacy, embodiment, and pleasure in body and soul.
DEJAH ALLEN will share how to build a joyful life on purpose with small intentional plans, movement, and deep self-love.
And finally, BLYTHE DONOVAN will close the day by weaving everything together into a moment you’ll carry with you long after the event ends.
