Your life beyond

breast cancer

starts here

Hi. I'm Kari Moroz — breast cancer survivor, *Trauma-informed Breast Cancer Recovery coach, and open book. At 29, with a toddler and a newborn, I was handed a diagnosis that changed everything...

Chemo. Radiation. Double mastectomy. Early menopause. Reconstruction. Anxiety. Grief. A Sidelined future. Then I reclaimed my life.

I did it all — and I've spent 20 years turning that journey into a roadmap for YOU.

RECLAIM is my signature coaching experience that walks you through every stage. From the moment you hear the words "you have cancer" all the way to moving forward as more than a survivor, I'll be there.

This isn't generic wellness. This is your specific journey, guided by someone who has lived it. I've made it affordable, easily accessible, and available to everyone!

What is a Trauma Informed Breast Cancer Recovery Coach and Why Does It Matter?

A breast cancer diagnosis doesn't end when treatment does. For many women, the hardest part comes after, when the world expects you to be grateful and move on, but your body, your identity, and your sense of safety have been fundamentally changed. That gap between "cancer-free" and truly well is exactly where this work lives.

"Trauma-informed" means I understand that cancer treatment — the surgeries, the scans, the loss of control over your own body — can leave a trauma imprint. I don't push, rush, or minimize. Every session is paced around your nervous system, not a checklist.

Recovery isn't just physical. It touches your relationships, your sense of femininity, your fear of recurrence, your career, and your purpose. This work holds space for all of it, not just the medical milestones.

Coaching is not therapy. It doesn't re-process the past. Instead, it asks: where do you want to go from here? Through powerful questions, reflection, and accountability, we build momentum toward the life you want on the other side of this.

What coaching actually is

Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused relationship. A coach asks questions, reflects back what she hears, challenges limiting beliefs, and helps you design your next steps, but the answers always come from you. You are the expert on your own life. I am here to help you access that wisdom and act on it.

This work may be right for you if...

You feel lost about what comes next

You want to rebuild your identity, confidence, or sense of purpose

You're tired of feeling like you "should" be fine by now

You're ready to move forward, and you don't want to do it alone
